Rand Park High School's annual interhouse athletics meeting ended in one of the closest finishes in recent years, with Martin House taking the championship on 538 points. Bishop House followed on 536 points.
Lourie House finished third on 480 points, while Shrike House placed fourth on 314 and received the Spirit Trophy for its support and house spirit. Learners competed across track and relay events in a programme built around participation, teamwork and healthy competition.
The school's prize-giving also recognised standout individual performances. Aaryan Naidoo received the Junior Victor Ludorum award, Madison Peebles was named Junior Victrix Ludorum, and Mohammed Butler received the Senior Victor Ludorum award. Isa Sigola and Cassidy Nel shared the Senior Victrix Ludorum title.
