What this role involves

This is a specialist educator post focused on Piano, Grades 0, 1, 10, 11, 12, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9. The role combines specialist teaching or support with assessment, learner progress monitoring, professional collaboration and the school duties attached to the post.

  • Carry out the teaching, learner-support and administrative responsibilities attached to the post.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to the school's academic and professional programmes.
  • Work collaboratively with school management, colleagues, learners and parents.

  • Grades covered by the post: 0, 1, 10, 11, 12, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9.
  • Support should help learners participate in and progress through the curriculum, with teaching and assessment adjusted appropriately to identified support needs.

Qualifications
